John F. Kennedy, presidente de los Estados Unidos de 1961 a 1963, nació el 29 de mayo de 1917. Ante la gran expectación y el júbilo que causó la visita de los Kennedy a México en 1962, les presentamos este fragmento de la conferencia de prensa que diera John F. Kennedy al llegar a nuestro pais, directamente de nuestro catálogo de Periodismo Sonoro. Los Kennedy fueron recibidos por el entonces presidente Adolfo López Mateos y visitaron el Zócalo y La Villa. En el recorrido que realizaron en un auto descubierto constataron el cariño que les tenían los mexicanos.
