Hoy se cumplirían 86 años del nacimiento del maestro Hermilio Hernández (1931-2008), uno de los compositores más sobresalientes de nuestro país, y quien por más de 50 años fuera el organista oficial de la catedral de Guadalajara, Jalisco.
Como un homenaje sonoro, la Fonoteca Nacional te comparte el primer movimiento de su Sonata para piano y violín, obra compuesta y estrenada en 1954. Escucha esta pieza interpretada en esta ocasión por Luz María Puente al piano y Antonio Tornero al violín.
